These terms govern purchases from Haus of Dutchess, operated by Inspired Purpose (Pty) Ltd. By placing an order you agree to them.

Originals

All works sold are original, one-of-a-kind paintings by The Dutchess (Bernelee Frick). Each is signed and supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the physical work, and the texture of a hand-made piece is part of its character.

Orders & payment

Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Card payment is processed securely via PayFast. Because every work is unique, a piece is reserved only once payment is received; until then it remains available to other buyers.

Shipping & returns

Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy: insured courier within South Africa, quoted per order, international on request, and a 7-day return window (return shipping at the purchaser’s cost).

Title & copyright

Ownership of the physical work passes to the buyer on full payment and delivery. Copyright and all reproduction rights remain with the artist; works may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
